Valdemar Assis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stratos Savouras in the 11th minute of play. Valdemar Assis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stratos Savouras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. G.D Vitória de Sernache's Valdemar Assis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stratos Savouras in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Heitor Festas made a precise shot to the right of Manos Voutsas. Bazellatin F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Stavros Tsouganatos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Alexandros Schizas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bazellatin F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Schizas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdemar Assis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th match minute, Bazellatin F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louis Theofilopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Valdemar Assis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stratos Savouras in the 27th minute of the match. Manos Voutsas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Morais in the 29th minute of the match. When Bazellatin F.C.'s Stratos Savouras in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 39th minute, Stratos Savouras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Bazellatin F.C.'s Stathis Notopoulos got a free kick in the 40th minute. Valdemar Assis came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Bazellatin F.C.'s Nikos Kounenakis. But to his dismay, Nikos Kounenakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Veríssimo Velasques to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stratos Savouras in the 55th minute of play forced G.D Vitória de Sernache's goalkeeper Valdemar Assis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Bazellatin F.C.'s Nikos Kounenakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdemar Assis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Manos Voutsas came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by G.D Vitória de Sernache's Heitor Festas. But to his dismay, Heitor Festas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When Caetano Esteves fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored G.D Vitória de Sernache's protests and gave Caetano Esteves a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes G.D Vitória de Sernache got a freekick which was hit by Caetano Esteves. 75 minutes into the match, G.D Vitória de Sernache's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Kounenakis came free, but Valdemar Assis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to G.D Vitória de Sernache getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Normando Ferrão hit a great ball. In the 78thth minute of the game Stratos Savouras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but G.D Vitória de Sernache's Valdemar Assis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Bazellatin F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Heitor Festas came free, but Manos Voutsas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Bazellatin F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelios Karelas to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Thodoris Diamantidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdemar Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Nikos Kounenakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdemar Assis. G.D Vitória de Sernache's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikos Kounenakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Bazellatin F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
