FC Vorbuze's Kaljo Eltmaa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save FC Vorbuze from getting a goal against them. After 17 played minutes La Herradura FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Asier. After 21 played minutes La Herradura FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Gelacio. 22 minutes into the match, FC Vorbuze's Alan Neumann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Polo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kaido Hein came free, but Maximino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the La Herradura FC defense, Kaido Hein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Polo. The La Herradura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Polo should have stopped the shot. Väino Rajur hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Kaljo Eltmaa was a little too slow when Alejo Asier got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-1. Octavio Gelacio's late challenge caught a FC Vorbuze's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavio Gelacio helped the player get up and apologised. 37 minutes into the match, Väino Rajur notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of La Herradura FC's Maximino Polo. Maximino Polo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kaido Hein came free, but Maximino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väino Rajur in the 45th minute of play forced La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Maximino Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaljo Eltmaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Asier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Einar Ustav during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of La Herradura FC booed when FC Vorbuze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Ustav didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejo Asier to make the kick off. After 57 minutes of play, FC Vorbuze's Väino Rajur made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Polo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maximino Polo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Einar Ustav in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaido Hein got free with Maximino Polo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ulises Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to La Herradura FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Alejo Asier hit a great ball. During the 65th minute of the match Einar Ustav completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Einar Ustav a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 66th match minute, FC Vorbuze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Ustav to maneuver through the defense. Väino Rajur hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Cosme Oliveiro came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the La Herradura FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Oliveiro couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, FC Vorbuze's Maarek Judin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Maarek Judin struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Maximino Polo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Vorbuze. The audience thought a goal was coming when Üllar Kaldmaa got free with Maximino Polo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Vorbuze's Kaljo Eltmaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Asier in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Marco Asier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Natalio Errando might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaljo Eltmaa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natalio Errando ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Vorbuze's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
