The supporters of Domselaar booed when F.Salgado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Frichoso got free with Júnior Massa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Frichoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Massa having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Raimundo Terra notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Domselaar's Angel Ceandro. Angel Ceandro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leo Frichoso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Angel Ceandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulão de Amaral in the 42nd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Domselaar's goal looked a bit too open when Paulão de Amaral came free, but Angel Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Domselaar's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Souza came free, but Angel Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulão de Amaral to make the kick off. Amado Belo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Júnior Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Leo Frichoso came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Domselaar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Frichoso couldn't finish the play. Júnior Massa came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Domselaar's Placido Pudes. But to his dismay, Placido Pudes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Edu Silveira's late challenge caught a Domselaar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edu Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. F.Salgado F.C.'s Dagoberto Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. F.Salgado F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
