In the 34th minute, KS Mleczne Wieśniaki's Roman Szpakowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silvano Mesquita. Silvano Mesquita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 39th minute, Raimundo Linhares made a precise shot to the right of Florian Pisarczyk. KS Mleczne Wieśniaki's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raimundo Linhares to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvano Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Zembrzuski in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Szpakowski came free, but Silvano Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvano Mesquita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roman Szpakowski's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. KS Mleczne Wieśniaki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Freiburg 09 the free kick. The supporters of SC Freiburg 09 booed when KS Mleczne Wieśniaki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szymon Wierzbicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raimundo Linhares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florian Pisarczyk came out and tried to block the shot, but Raimundo Linhares slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 81st minute. A sloppy throw-in by Radoslaw Falke in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SC Freiburg 09's Lucílio Palha. The crowd rose to their feet as Raimundo Linhares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Florian Pisarczyk. That made the score 1-4 in the 88 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Szpakowski in the 93rd minute of play forced SC Freiburg 09's goalkeeper Silvano Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SC Freiburg 09 booed when KS Mleczne Wieśniaki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radoslaw Falke didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Freiburg 09 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
