Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kraig McAlphie got the match started through his kick off. Kraig McAlphie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nathan Sant having to make a save. 5 minutes into the game, Kraig McAlphie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nathan Sant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 8 minutes into the match, Kraig McAlphie notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Meerkats FC's Nathan Sant. Nathan Sant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 10 played minutes FC Draconia got a freekick which was hit by Christian Van Maestricht. 13 minutes into the game, Fabio Rapa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meerkats FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Draconia the free kick. The audience was convinced that Kraig McAlphie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathan Sant was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Kraig McAlphie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Sant having to interfere. Richmond Van Hoeyvelt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Sant having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Fabio Rapa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meerkats FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Rapa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC Draconia fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when FC Draconia's Kraig McAlphie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Meerkats FC's Nathan Sant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kraig McAlphie in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig McAlphie in the 41st minute of play forced Meerkats FC's goalkeeper Nathan Sant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kraig McAlphie in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathan Sant saved Meerkats FC from getting behind. Christian Van Maestricht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Nathan Sant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Kraig McAlphie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Draconia's Florian Seveneijnts was substituted for Christian Van Maestricht. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabio Rapa to make the kick off. After 55th play minutes Kraig McAlphie shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Nathan Sant and just under the crossbar into goal. Richmond Van Hoeyvelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th match minute, FC Draconia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richmond Van Hoeyvelt to maneuver through the defense. Kraig McAlphie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Sant having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Seveneijnts came free, but Nathan Sant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nathan Sant made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Kraig McAlphie sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Freddy Olemans managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Draconia's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Olemans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathan Sant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Draconia's Alexandros Sgouros pulled a muscle in his leg after 83 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 83 minutes, Arthur Teuma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meerkats FC and the FC Draconia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute Camiel Creemers suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Meerkats FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Arthur Teuma hit a great ball. Meerkats FC's Nathan Sant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Meerkats FC from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, FC Draconia's Richmond Van Hoeyvelt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nathan Sant. Nathan Sant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Etienne Langhmans scored 0-9 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nathan Sant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Draconia played a much better game than Meerkats FC and deserved their victory. The Meerkats FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
