Grueso Obana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Piñera in the 17th minute of play forced Nina fc's goalkeeper Lucio Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Millan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grueso Obana having to interfere. Grueso Obana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacobo Edur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CANTERANOS DMS's Grueso Obana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Millan in the 22nd minute of play. Nina fc's Jacobo Edur suffered a sore thigh after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 22 minutes, Quiróz Olaondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CANTERANOS DMS and the Nina fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucio Hernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ugutz Burualla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 31 minute of play. Ugutz Burualla hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Javier Restu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leo Hompanera to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Leo Hompanera made a precise shot to the right of Lucio Hernandez. Nina fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Mariano Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Nina fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ugutz Burualla came free, but Lucio Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th match minute, CANTERANOS DMS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilio Horreo to maneuver through the defense. Teofilio Horreo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Hernandez having to interfere. A collision led to CANTERANOS DMS getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Quiróz Olaondo hit a great ball. Many of Nina fc's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nina fc may have spent more time on the ball, but CANTERANOS DMS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
