In the 13th match minute, Sparsör BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Hökkvist to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the game, Dan Öman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sparsör BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Płoszyce the free kick. The audience was convinced that Morgan Böcklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dawid Bury was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Filip Pihlgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucjan Modliszewski went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes of play, FC Płoszyce's Cezary Jarmulowicz made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filip Pihlgren was left in no man's land by his defense there!
