Alexander Longo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Evandro Pinto. Unificação's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Merceron United's Alexander Longo got a free kick in the 28th minute. Concetto Tiberio made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Tiago Taborda sent off a good shot on target. Unificação's Evandro Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Unificação from getting a goal against them. Anthony Ruzzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Evandro Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Unificação booed when Merceron United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Longo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Frank Pizzi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Evandro Pinto. The goal made the score 0-1. After a rather tough play, Merceron United's Dario Cardillo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Unificação's Evandro Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Unificação from getting a goal against them. Frank Pizzi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
