When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Bernardo Batista put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gavino Bras. Jonas Crescencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Francesco in the 29th minute of play. Tobias Quirze might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonas Crescencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobias Quirze ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute Natalio Polentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Manuelo in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Yaji FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Haroldo Gorri hit a great ball. Gavino Bras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Manuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half 【E ➣PS2 FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to 【E ➣PS2 FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bernardo Batista hit a great ball. In the 55th match minute, 【E ➣PS2 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Moura to maneuver through the defense. 【E ➣PS2 FC's Adrian Erruki was substituted for Bernardo Batista. In the 56th minute, Federico Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Prospero Francesco put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonas Crescencio. The audience was convinced that Adrian Erruki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Bras was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The referee ignored Yaji FC's protests and gave Melchor Estefan a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
