Viggo Britz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Faizal Sim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Viggo Britz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faizal Sim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Puskas United's Brian Bremming nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alam Dyce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Viggo Britz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faizal Sim in the 21st minute of the match. After 23 minutes of play, Nagrand's Gabriel Laycock made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Viggo Britz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Säfström in the 28th minute of play forced Nagrand's goalkeeper Alam Dyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Puskas United's Marc Ljungberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Gabriel Laycock could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Viggo Britz however easily saved by the left post. If Faizal Sim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alam Dyce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philip Säfström in the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Puskas United booed when Nagrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dale Hee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viggo Britz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Laycock in the 42nd minute. Puskas United's Viggo Britz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Puskas United from getting a goal against them.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Philip Säfström was the one to do the kick off. Alam Dyce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. A collision led to Puskas United getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Wilhelm Arvidsson hit a great ball. Viggo Britz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Laycock, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 73rd minute, Bo Fanström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alam Dyce. The goal made the score 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philip Säfström got free with Alam Dyce in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nagrand's Alam Dyce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Fanström in the 78th minute of play. Alam Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Bremming, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viggo Britz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faizal Sim in the 80th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Philip Säfström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. 93 minutes into the game, Sven-Olof Forsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puskas United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nagrand the free kick. Nagrand's Ali Chai was substituted for Samuel Pieng.
