After 4 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Carlsson. In the 5th minute of the match Armandinho Barreto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mikael Lundström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Gracie Barra booed when Surahammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Ambjörnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Gracie Barra getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leopoldo Queirós hit a great ball. Surahammar's Mikael Lundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Trigo in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Gracie Barra defense, Nils-Emil Falck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elói Freitas. The Gracie Barra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elói Freitas should have stopped the shot. After 27 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Stig Aronsson. Gracie Barra's Elói Freitas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Gracie Barra from getting a goal against them. Mikael Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute Igor Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikael Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Cacá Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gracie Barra's zone, Stig Aronsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elói Freitas came out of the goal and Stig Aronsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Stig Aronsson made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Gracie Barra's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Emil Falck came free, but Elói Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match Stig Aronsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elói Freitas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Gracie Barra's Cacá Trigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikael Lundström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Mikael Lundström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Igor Pirani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 59 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Trigo in the 63rd minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Mikael Lundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá Trigo in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Gracie Barra's Armandinho Barreto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mikael Lundström. Mikael Lundström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 93rd minute, Vilhelm Carlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armandinho Barreto was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Mikael Lundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Surahammar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gracie Barra's performance. The match ended with a win for Gracie Barra.
