The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Lions United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BINGO FUEL:s goal. Izak Capellemans had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Mendiko Trasmiera's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 6 minutes into the game, BINGO FUEL's Mendiko Trasmiera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Izak Capellemans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Mendiko Trasmiera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mendiko Trasmiera took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Izak Capellemans. Izak Capellemans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Argoitz Arenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izak Capellemans having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rens Panhuyse during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rens Panhuyse kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Izak Capellemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mendiko Trasmiera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Jonatan Caracedo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Lions United's Izak Capellemans. Izak Capellemans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argoitz Arenal in the 26th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Izak Capellemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Mendiko Trasmiera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izak Capellemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Argoitz Arenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izak Capellemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Izak Capellemans came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by BINGO FUEL's Mendiko Trasmiera. But to his dismay, Mendiko Trasmiera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Vigil Persol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Hemelsoet in the 47th minute of the match. Lions United were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after BINGO FUEL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sergio Hemelsoet took the corner. After taking down the ball on Lions United's corner Sergio Hemelsoet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vigil Persol quite easily take care of the ball.

The wind increased when Mendiko Trasmiera made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lions United's Nils Verhaghen got a free kick in the 56th minute. Izak Capellemans came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by BINGO FUEL's Argoitz Arenal. But to his dismay, Argoitz Arenal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 64th minute Sergio Hemelsoet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vigil Persol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mendiko Trasmiera got free with Izak Capellemans in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mendiko Trasmiera took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Izak Capellemans. Izak Capellemans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After some careless play in the Lions United defense, Mendiko Trasmiera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Izak Capellemans. The Lions United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Izak Capellemans should have stopped the shot. When Sergio Hemelsoet fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lions United's protests and gave Sergio Hemelsoet a yellow card for diving instead. BINGO FUEL's Mendiko Trasmiera got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vigil Persol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter-Jan Michiels in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Peter-Jan Michiels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Lions United's zone, Jonatan Caracedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Izak Capellemans came out of the goal and Jonatan Caracedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute, Mendiko Trasmiera made a precise shot to the right of Izak Capellemans. Lions United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8.
