Arnoldo Lop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fridtjof Skaare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislao Ongile to strike the kick off in the second half. Fridtjof Skaare might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Lop. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fridtjof Skaare ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55th minute Kjetil-André Sundgot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Lop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pascual Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Lost in pace defense, Ladislao Ongile kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Sørli. The Lost in pace fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Sørli should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute, Pascual Quexal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjetil-André Sundgot in the 69th minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Arnoldo Lop to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ludvik Honningsvåg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnoldo Lop. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Ongile in the 85th minute of play forced Lost in pace's goalkeeper Christian Sørli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Gregorio Blai managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Acade's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Blai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Sørli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. La Acade's Arnoldo Lop played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil-André Sundgot in the 93rd minute of play. Christian Sørli came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by La Acade's Ladislao Ongile. But to his dismay, Ladislao Ongile quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6.
