An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Guillelmus in the 6th minute of play forced Rockets's goalkeeper Benjamin Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Guillelmus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Benjamin Mazza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, Utopía Muerta FC's Benjamin Mazza threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Salvador Guillelmus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gilvan Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Benjamin Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Guillelmus, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 33 minutes, Agustín Ruberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Utopía Muerta FC and the Rockets players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ronaldo Gol struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Fidel Norino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rockets. Ronaldo Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Rockets's Róbson Messias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fidel Norino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Benjamin Mazza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uriel Beat went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 55 minutes, Gilvan Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rockets's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilvan Chaves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidel Norino came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Rockets's Róbson Messias. But to his dismay, Róbson Messias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 69th minute Severo Sustrai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Norino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Róbson Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 75th minute, Narciso Fix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Utopía Muerta FC's Fidel Norino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Utopía Muerta FC from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Rockets's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Beat came free, but Benjamin Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Utopía Muerta FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Agustín Ruberto hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes Rockets got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Rocha. The Utopía Muerta FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rockets's performance. The match ended with a win for Rockets.
