Perry Van Caenegem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilhelm Käller's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Uno Haglund charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Uno Haglund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Hagmoren BK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. After the first half Hagmoren BK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, AFC Irocha's Marcus Coopmans got a free kick in the 50th minute. Marcus Tidén scored 0-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perry Van Caenegem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 58 minutes, Marcus Tidén mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hagmoren BK and the AFC Irocha players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AFC Irocha booed when Hagmoren BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Tidén didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Hagmoren BK's Vilhelm Käller got a free kick in the 60th minute. Hagmoren BK's Tage Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibo de Pelsmaecker in the 62nd minute of play. Tage Lindqvist came out of the goal and Xander Van Den Wijngaert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Tuur Roosendael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hagmoren BK's Tage Lindqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tuur Roosendael succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. The AFC Irocha supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hagmoren BK's performance. The match ended with a win for Hagmoren BK.
