Serginho Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Breogan in the 67th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Magallanes defense, Horácio Alcântara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Oliverio. The Club Atlético Magallanes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Oliverio should have stopped the shot. Fluminense di Parma's Serginho Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Intxixu in the 73rd minute of play.
