Francisco Florian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Didi Dionísio went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the game, Isidoro Gaueko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vito de Salles. Isidoro Gaueko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Mala Dal Bello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. San Pablo FC's Francisco Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Dionísio in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Isidoro Gaueko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Isidoro Gaueko made a precise shot to the right of Vito de Salles. Dal 3ello's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of San Pablo FC booed when Dal 3ello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, San Pablo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mala Dal Bello came free, but Francisco Florian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vito de Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Gaueko, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Gaueko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Victoriano Feo charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoriano Feo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes San Pablo FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Feo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mala Dal Bello in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Florian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, San Pablo FC's goalkeeper Francisco Florian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mala Dal Bello. In the 67th minute Isidoro Gaueko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito de Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mala Dal Bello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Florian having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, one of San Pablo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Francisco Florian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mala Dal Bello in the 82nd minute of the match. Didi Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Francisco Florian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Didi Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Isidoro Gaueko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Pablo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After a rather tough play, Dal 3ello's Filipe Sampaio got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Vito de Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Gaueko, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. San Pablo FC had won after a very even match.
