During this time Club Sportivo Quilmes's players had a chance to rest. 19 minutes in the game, Arnoldo Nikola fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Efrain Filipo having to interfere. The supporters of BAC Belgrano de Cba booed when Club Sportivo Quilmes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Errapel didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the BAC Belgrano de Cba players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Sportivo Quilmes.
