Hector Banegas started the match with the kick off. Igor Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Hector Banegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Marquinhos Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Adriano Capixaba got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Kelemen came free, but Marquinhos Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Berdaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marquinhos Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's zone, Hector Banegas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marquinhos Xavier came out of the goal and Hector Banegas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 17 minutes Vamo A Calmarno's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Brito who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Paulo Brito to fire away a dangerous shot which Leonardo Gonzalez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Leonardo Gonzalez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Rosa in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 minutes, Duda Abraão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ and the Vamo A Calmarno players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Duda Abraão got a free kick in the 20th minute. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Marquinhos Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Banegas in the 31st minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Rafael Donostia put in a rough tackle. In the 44th minute, one of Vamo A Calmarno:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vamo A Calmarno. Leonardo Gonzalez had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Paulo Brito's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

The wind increased when Alexandre Diniz made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's Felix Berdaitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marquinhos Xavier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabiano Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ made a substitution. Conrado do Vale replaced Duda Abraão. In the 62nd match minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Vamo A Calmarno's Leonardo Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado do Vale in the 73rd minute of play. Marquinhos Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Berdaitz in the 80th minute of play. Adriano Rosa scored 1-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Gonzalez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Jonathan Seco hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Felix Berdaitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
