Mieszko Literski scored 1-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ömer Turgut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute, Savaşer Hakyemez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The City Friseur Wuppertal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Zdzislaw Walentowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaşer Hakyemez, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Grodzka's Leonard Sala got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 32 played minutes City Friseur Wuppertal got a freekick which was hit by Ilgaz Kayaer. Olaf Fikus kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Savaşer Hakyemez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdzislaw Walentowicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mieszko Literski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as City Friseur Wuppertal's Savaşer Hakyemez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zdzislaw Walentowicz. That made the score 1-4 after 58 minutes of play. After 63 played minutes FC Grodzka got a freekick which was hit by Wladyslaw Mazierz. Zdzislaw Walentowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tevfik Samih went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Zdzislaw Walentowicz was a little too slow when Karahan Unat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-6. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mieszko Literski in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ömer Turgut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th match minute, City Friseur Wuppertal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alperen Kantara to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute of the match Fabian Kempka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ömer Turgut showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emir Özdamar hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute of the match Fabian Kempka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ömer Turgut skillfully saved the ball. Karahan Unat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Zdzislaw Walentowicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Zdzislaw Walentowicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Savaşer Hakyemez in the 90th minute of play forced FC Grodzka's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Walentowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
