Waldir Rosado hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Carlos Lidon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Josué Fernandez made a huge save. After 19 played minutes Until Five got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Abreu. Until Five's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Teodosio Aritza scored to the left of an out of position Josué Fernandez, making the score, 1-0. When Until Five's Jeferson Leal in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Vieja Guarida FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Garin in the 27th minute of play forced Until Five's goalkeeper Josué Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emanuel Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Régis Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Teodosio Aritza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Josué Fernandez. That made the score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. Josué Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Aritza in the 37th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes La Vieja Guarida FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Valente. A collision led to Until Five getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Waldir Rosado hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Baiano was the one to do the kick off. Until Five were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after La Vieja Guarida FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Betinho Furlan took the corner. The corner led Until Five's Betinho Furlan to fire away a dangerous shot which Hermengildo Licerio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, La Vieja Guarida FC's Pablo Quintun got a free kick in the 65th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Emanuel Baiano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hermengildo Licerio. That made the score 2-1 in the 69 minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Until Five was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Baiano to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Baiano hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match.
