Nereo Abad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Manfredi AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jacinto Benitez hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Lain Divaichin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nereo Abad. Manfredi AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lain Divaichin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of Manfredi AFC booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Aquejano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dani Carrozal's late challenge caught a Manfredi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dani Carrozal helped the player get up and apologised. After 20 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Dani Carrozal. Nereo Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacindo Trabado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Dani Carrozal. Melchor Ponciano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Christian Frontera made a huge save. 31 minutes into the game, Jacindo Trabado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nereo Abad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lain Divaichin in the 33rd minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Nereo Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacindo Trabado, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Nereo Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lain Divaichin in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Jacindo Trabado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manfredi AFC's Nereo Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainerio Uria in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Dani Carrozal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nereo Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lain Divaichin in the 46th minute of the match.

60 minutes into the match, Dani Carrozal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nereo Abad, 0-4. In the 64th minute, Florentino Aquejano made a precise shot to the right of Nereo Abad. Manfredi AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Dani Carrozal hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Nereo Abad made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Jacindo Trabado sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Nereo Abad threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lain Divaichin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 74th minute of the match, Jacindo Trabado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nereo Abad was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 75th minute Lain Divaichin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manfredi AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Florentino Aquejano scored to the left of an out of position Nereo Abad, making the score, 0-6. Nereo Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacindo Trabado in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lain Divaichin in the 88th minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Nereo Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacindo Trabado came free, but Nereo Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo ScrugenFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Manfredi AFC.
