Nunez Belasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A collision led to ALMA GUERREIRA getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. José Madureira hit a great ball. Eloy Jeraldo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, ALMA GUERREIRA's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Balendin came free, but Vito Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 minutes, Santos Inocente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ernesto Guevara SyD and the ALMA GUERREIRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Ernesto Guevara SyD defense, Marco Prestes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Belasko. The Ernesto Guevara SyD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Belasko should have stopped the shot. If Dráusio Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ernesto Guevara SyD defense, Marco Prestes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Belasko. The Ernesto Guevara SyD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Belasko should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ernesto Guevara SyD's zone, Dráusio Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Belasko came out of the goal and Dráusio Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Ernesto Guevara SyD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ALMA GUERREIRA were winning 0-4.
The wind increased when Freddy Aguilera made the kick off in the second half. Freddy Aguilera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Cearense having to interfere. Vito Cearense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Balendin in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Tiaguinho Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Alejandro Balendin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vito Cearense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Jeraldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Nunez Belasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráusio Valladares in the 64th minute of play. Marco Prestes scored 0-5 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nunez Belasko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráusio Valladares in the 74th minute of play forced Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalkeeper Nunez Belasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luizão Quirino got free with Nunez Belasko in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernesto Guevara SyD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Luizão Quirino scored to the left of an out of position Nunez Belasko, making the score, 0-6. 79 minutes into the match, Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalkeeper Nunez Belasko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Prestes. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalkeeper Nunez Belasko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 83 played minutes ALMA GUERREIRA got a freekick which was hit by Tião Marinho. In the 84th minute Eloy Jeraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Nunez Belasko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Ernesto Guevara SyD from getting a goal against them. Luizão Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marco Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Tião Marinho got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes, Ernesto Guevara SyD's Luis Etxepare shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vito Cearense came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ernesto Guevara SyD reached it. Freddy Aguilera took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vito Cearense. Vito Cearense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. The ALMA GUERREIRA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
