Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) F.C. Sosnowiec's Fabian Resel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Klejnowski. Zbyszko Andrzejewski was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Maxim Rioşanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maxim Rioşanu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Ulryk Klejnowski got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 14 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Borowski. Maksymilian Japola's late challenge caught a ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maksymilian Japola helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Maksymilian Japola hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Zbyszko Andrzejewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cătălin Octavian. The throw-in from Ivan Stanciu in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.C. Sosnowiec's Ulryk Klejnowski. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Sosnowiec's zone, Lucrețiu Arotăriței stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszko Andrzejewski came out of the goal and Lucrețiu Arotăriței tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, Cătălin Octavian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zbyszko Andrzejewski. Cătălin Octavian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cătălin Octavian made a kick off. After some careless play in the F.C. Sosnowiec defense, Lucrețiu Arotăriței kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszko Andrzejewski. The F.C. Sosnowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszko Andrzejewski should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd minute Lucrețiu Arotăriței shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Andrzejewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Ivan Stanciu got a free kick in the 64th minute. Zbyszko Andrzejewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cătălin Octavian went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Lucjan Kazczyk got a free kick in the 71st minute. Zbyszko Andrzejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucian Gâțea in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Resel in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Turlea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the game, Ivan Stanciu threw the ball into play from the sideline. F.C. Sosnowiec's Ulryk Klejnowski quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Maxim Rioşanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszko Andrzejewski having to interfere. Zbyszko Andrzejewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cătălin Octavian went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Lucjan Scigan got a free kick in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cătălin Octavian in the 90th minute of play forced F.C. Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Zbyszko Andrzejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Lucrețiu Arotăriței suffered a concussion in the 96th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Bogumil Banach's late challenge caught a ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bogumil Banach helped the player get up and apologised. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Basarab Spoială was substituted for Lucrețiu Arotăriței. In the 97th minute, Bogumil Banach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that ASF BAIA MARE -MM- were the better team. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
