C.A.Independiente's Eugenio Pinto shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Niculae Andronescu but with some difficulty. After 10 minutes, Andrei Victor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Ruscova and the C.A.Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, FC Ruscova's Niculae Andronescu got control of the ball when Enrique Venerando tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Dominic during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Godfredo Dominic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of C.A.Independiente booed when FC Ruscova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucian Neagoe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrei Victor got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. FC Ruscova's Niculae Andronescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Pinto in the 38th minute of play. Melquiades Licerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Niculae Andronescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Țepeneag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Țepeneag made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Petrigai in the 56th minute of play forced FC Ruscova's goalkeeper Niculae Andronescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, C.A.Independiente's Eugenio Pinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niculae Andronescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Marian Rada fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ruscova's protests and gave Marian Rada a yellow card for diving instead. Marian Rada hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute of the match David Hotz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niculae Andronescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lucian Neagoe's late challenge caught a C.A.Independiente's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucian Neagoe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Ruscova's Lucian Neagoe got a free kick in the 70th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Eugenio Pinto notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FC Ruscova's Niculae Andronescu. Niculae Andronescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Venerando scored 3-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niculae Andronescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th match minute, FC Ruscova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Ganea to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Eugenio Pinto notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of FC Ruscova's Niculae Andronescu. Niculae Andronescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the match, FC Ruscova's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Petrigai came free, but Niculae Andronescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the C.A.Independiente players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
