After 2 played minutes FC Melon got a freekick which was hit by Maroš Fridrichovský. Ivan Vlček lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to FC Melon getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ivan Vlček hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Stano Nový came free, but Iurie Balotă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iurie Balotă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maroš Fridrichovský in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Stano Nový hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, FC Melon's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Terzian came free, but Dušan Hríb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, FC Maci -MM-'s Avram Terzian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dušan Hríb. Dušan Hríb yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to FC Melon getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ľubomír Duda hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avram Terzian in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dušan Hríb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iurie Balotă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maroš Fridrichovský in the 27th minute of play. After 30 minutes FC Melon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mircea Marian who took care of the corner kick. FC Maci -MM-'s Mircea Marian was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dušan Hríb in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dušan Hríb was a little too slow when Avram Terzian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. Iurie Balotă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stano Nový went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 53 minutes, Juraj Sarvaš mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Melon and the FC Maci -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juraj Sarvaš kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Eugen Spoială ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dušan Hríb was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Maroš Fridrichovský sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes of play, FC Maci -MM-'s Avram Terzian made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dušan Hríb was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute, Eugen Spoială hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maroš Fridrichovský during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Melon getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Maroš Fridrichovský hit a great ball. FC Maci -MM-'s Iurie Balotă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stano Nový in the 75th minute of play. After 75 minutes, Ovidiu Encuțu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Maci -MM- and the FC Melon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes FC Maci -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Ovidiu Encuțu. 77 minutes into the game, Miroslav Záhorský was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Melon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Maci -MM- the free kick. In the 77th match minute, FC Melon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslav Záhorský to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Iurie Balotă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stano Nový. Dušan Hríb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Agulescu in the 85th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes FC Melon got a freekick which was hit by Gregor Opatovský. Dušan Hríb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Spoială, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dušan Hríb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Spoială in the 95th minute of the match.
