When Franco Rondinelli came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franco Rondinelli couldn't finish the play. Inocencio Osasun charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inocencio Osasun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola booed when Al Hueso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Osasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 minutes, Concetto Spione made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Al Hueso FC's Filomeno Luzea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Enzo De Matteis was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Ezequiel Rutenio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ezequiel Rutenio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Filomeno Luzea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Concetto Spione went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Adriano Mazzola got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Franco Rondinelli got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filomeno Luzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Mazzola in the 24th minute of the match. If Adriano Mazzola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Concetto Spione got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Concetto Spione might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Luzea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Concetto Spione ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute, Adriano Mazzola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Mazzola in the 36th minute of play forced Al Hueso FC's goalkeeper Filomeno Luzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fedele Forlani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Concetto Spione scored 1-4 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filomeno Luzea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Al Hueso FC's Filomeno Luzea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Spione in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amado Argider was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Concetto Spione made a precise shot to the right of Filomeno Luzea. Al Hueso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Higinio Tomi during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Al Hueso FC got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Tomi. Fedele Forlani was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Spione to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Luzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Spione in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a corner. Al Hueso FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fedele Forlani ran over to the corner to take the kick. 72 minutes into the match, Al Hueso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Mazzola came free, but Filomeno Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Al Hueso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Rutenio to maneuver through the defense. Filomeno Luzea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eraldo Anastasi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 79 minute of play. If Concetto Spione had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Concetto Spione put it in 1-8 from a short distance just to the right of Filomeno Luzea. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Al Hueso FC's goalkeeper Filomeno Luzea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Concetto Spione got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Adriano Mazzola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Luzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Al Hueso FC throughout the match.
