That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, AZAT MARD FC's Hans Löfgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Johans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. David Johans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Löfgren in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Defensores de Belén's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Qvarnström came free, but David Johans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Löfgren in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Johans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Scholes charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paul Scholes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AZAT MARD FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Paul Scholes hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, AZAT MARD FC's Hans Löfgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Johans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 31 played minutes Defensores de Belén got a freekick which was hit by Iker Selatse. In the 32nd minute of the match Hans Löfgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Johans skillfully saved the ball. After 34 minutes of play, AZAT MARD FC's Harry Qvarnström made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Johans was left in no man's land by his defense there! 38 minutes in the game Sune Grep did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Harry Qvarnström. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Belén's Venancio Asier got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Hans Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Johans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Defensores de Belén defense, Harry Qvarnström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Johans. The Defensores de Belén fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Johans should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Defensores de Belén's Elpidio Furtado got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Jonas Pihl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Defensores de Belén defense, Jonas Pihl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Johans. The Defensores de Belén fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Johans should have stopped the shot. David Johans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Hans Löfgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of David Johans. The goal made the score 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Löfgren in the 70th minute of play forced Defensores de Belén's goalkeeper David Johans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes of play, Defensores de Belén's Herminio Irrintzi made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erling Kjellman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the game, Hans Löfgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-7. David Johans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Jonas Pihl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AZAT MARD FC's Erling Kjellman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Irrintzi in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Videl in the 91st minute of play forced AZAT MARD FC's goalkeeper Erling Kjellman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Defensores de Belén fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AZAT MARD FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
