Robert Stenkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Douglas Hedbom made a huge save. Slipmaskinerna's Kurt Stenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Sjöö in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, PP Plessydask's goalkeeper Douglas Hedbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmund Qvarnström. Robert Stenkvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Douglas Hedbom when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Edmund Qvarnström made a precise shot to the right of Douglas Hedbom. PP Plessydask's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Lennart Vik fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PP Plessydask's protests and gave Lennart Vik a yellow card for diving instead. Lennart Vik hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Slipmaskinerna's Robert Stenkvist got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Folke Füllkrug scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kurt Stenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Douglas Hedbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Vallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Douglas Hedbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Valström, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, PP Plessydask's Lennart Vik got a free kick in the 41st minute. Konrad Valström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Douglas Hedbom made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Palle Paalgard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robert Stenkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Hedbom having to interfere. When Slipmaskinerna's Konrad Valström in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PP Plessydask's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57th minute Edmund Qvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Hedbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jörgen Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folke Füllkrug kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Robert Stenkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Hedbom. PP Plessydask's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Stenkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 88th match minute, Slipmaskinerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfons Norberg to maneuver through the defense. PP Plessydask's Gösta Zander got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the PP Plessydask players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Slipmaskinerna.
