Tori FC's Vladimiro Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Milian in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Celedonio Sanson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimiro Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Luzea in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28th minute Teobaldo Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Luzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Vladimiro Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Anselmo Sarracino fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Atlanta's protests and gave Anselmo Sarracino a yellow card for diving instead. Anselmo Sarracino kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The Tori FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Atlanta were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquiles Oihenarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Milian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimiro Abeijon was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4.
