Isidoro Mangas took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Mele. After 10 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Erruki. Tristan Zapater took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martin Mele. Acratas Unidos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 12 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Erruki. Iyan Flores took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martin Mele. Acratas Unidos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Martin Mele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Mangas in the 17th minute of the match. Astor Obano charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Astor Obano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Efrain Cordearo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Acratas Unidos's Ramiro Domeka got a free kick in the 24th minute. Evelio Gines recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Gines to make the kick off. A collision led to Acratas Unidos getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nicanor Sayveon hit a great ball. If Evelio Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Pablo Filipo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tome Campoamor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Sayveon was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. VILLARREAL UNITED's Tristan Zapater was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Martin Mele in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 72nd match minute, VILLARREAL UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Javier Alavedra to maneuver through the defense. Martin Mele made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Mangas in the 76th minute. Astor Obano struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Tome Campoamor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acratas Unidos. In the 84th match minute, VILLARREAL UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Javier Alavedra to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zadornin Silva in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Mele prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luis-Javier Alavedra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Mele came out and tried to block the shot, but Luis-Javier Alavedra slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 90th minute. Luis-Javier Alavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Mele having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Acratas Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Astor Obano. 95 minutes into the match, Luis-Javier Alavedra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Mele. Acratas Unidos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis-Javier Alavedra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
