ELPORVE's attentive Abel Balbo managed to snatch the ball when Aureliano Laurendi made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. One of ELPORVE:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SAN MARTIN F.C.:s goal. Ben Breton walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 99 minutes into the game, Ben Breton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Edelmiro Cresconio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SAN MARTIN F.C. fully deserved thier win.
