A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ferenc Ferencz hit a great ball. In the 4th minute Augusto Stephen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Zádor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goblins F.C. were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Nimród Vére's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Augusto Stephen took the corner. The corner led Goblins F.C.'s Vangel Hrulev to fire away a dangerous shot which Dávid Zádor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Nimród Vére defense, Edvard Carlsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dávid Zádor. The Nimród Vére fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dávid Zádor should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the game, Goblins F.C.'s Augusto Stephen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dávid Zádor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Augusto Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Edvard Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Zádor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edvard Carlsson in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dávid Zádor saved Nimród Vére from getting behind. After some careless play in the Nimród Vére defense, Augusto Stephen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dávid Zádor. The Nimród Vére fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dávid Zádor should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute, Örs Novák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Goblins F.C. booed when Nimród Vére was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márk Kovács didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Gilvan Paes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dávid Zádor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vangel Hrulev was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Carlsson in the 46th minute of play forced Nimród Vére's goalkeeper Dávid Zádor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dávid Zádor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Goblins F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Stephen was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Augusto Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Edvard Carlsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Dávid Zádor to make any attempt to save it. Shen Yi Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tivadar Sörös in the 57th minute of the match. Santo Berasko charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santo Berasko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Nimród Vére getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Santo Berasko hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute of the match, Augusto Stephen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dávid Zádor was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Vangel Hrulev hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Edvard Carlsson put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Dávid Zádor. During the 75th minute of the match Santo Berasko completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Santo Berasko a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Santo Berasko kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The Goblins F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Goblins F.C.'s Edvard Carlsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dávid Zádor made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Augusto Stephen sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Carlsson in the 90th minute of play forced Nimród Vére's goalkeeper Dávid Zádor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nimród Vére's Dávid Zádor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Carlsson in the 92nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Stephen got free with Dávid Zádor in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Nimród Vére supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Goblins F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Goblins F.C..
