Noel Hägele's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Mazurkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Hägele in the 23rd minute of play forced 浦江棋王联队's goalkeeper Dida Mazurkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rey Acitores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciprian Toma in the 26th minute. It was Elco Vid who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Elco Vid almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 浦江棋王联队's Dida Mazurkiewicz did a great save. Ciprian Toma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rey Acitores having to make a save. After 40 minutes, Lilian Thuram mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 浦江棋王联队 and the GALACTICOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lilian Thuram kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Dé 周瑜 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Ciprian Toma in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GALACTICOS's Dino Teles. Dida Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel Hägele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GALACTICOS were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after 浦江棋王联队's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elco Vid took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Hägele in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Mazurkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd match minute, GALACTICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoro Guillarte to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Hägele in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Mazurkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dida Mazurkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Hägele, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 72 minutes 浦江棋王联队's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elco Vid who took care of the corner kick. GALACTICOS's Elco Vid was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dida Mazurkiewicz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dida Mazurkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Hägele in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by 浦江棋王联队's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elco Vid was slow to take the kick. During this time GALACTICOS's players had a chance to rest. The corner led GALACTICOS's Elco Vid to fire away a dangerous shot which Dida Mazurkiewicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 90th minute, Elco Vid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute, Elco Vid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
