The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Virtual Aces's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Cloyo came free, but Joseph Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virtual Aces's Joseph Danielsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Cloyo in the 10th minute of play. Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's Pavel Cosoroabă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denver Light in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Radomir Dzierwa hit a great ball. After 26 minutes of play, Virtual Aces's Denver Light made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Danielsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 32 minutes into the game, Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's Denis Cloyo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Danielsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After some careless play in the Virtual Aces defense, Denis Cloyo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joseph Danielsson. The Virtual Aces fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joseph Danielsson should have stopped the shot. Jαʅιɱ HαႦҽყ FC's Lucas Carvajal got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denis Cloyo was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Amadeu Zonta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseph Danielsson was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
