When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Primitivo Chaime sped through Nouvelle Vague's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicky Donda. Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Ugutz in the 13th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jorge Hagi to make the kick off. Nouvelle Vague's Vicky Donda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Nouvelle Vague from getting a goal against them. Jorge Hagi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Vicky Donda made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Nouvelle Vague's Juninho Juni got a free kick in the 55th minute. Montrell Harrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Primitivo Chaime had several of the Nouvelle Vague's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Vicky Donda as he didn't even see the shot coming. Montrell Harrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Nouvelle Vague's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anselmo Dracena in the 91st minute. Witalis Maruda's late challenge caught a Nouvelle Vague's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witalis Maruda helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Witalis Maruda. When Nouvelle Vague's Casimiro Ugutz in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Anselmo Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sportivo Ben Hur walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
