An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Almstedt in the 4th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Eriberto Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Runa United's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Åhlberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Runa United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Baturhan Togay was slow to take the kick. During this time Cura del Futbol's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Eriksson in the 8th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Eriberto Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Runa United's Bo Eriksson managed to work through Cura del Futbol's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Bo Eriksson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Eriberto Erlantz came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Runa United's Ted Almstedt. But to his dismay, Ted Almstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Eriberto Erlantz came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Runa United's Ted Almstedt. Eriberto Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Eriksson in the 23rd minute of play. Bo Eriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Erlantz having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Pawelczyk to maneuver through the defense. Eriberto Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Almstedt in the 27th minute of the match. Alfred Pawelczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Almstedt in the 31st minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Eriberto Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfred Pawelczyk to make the kick off. Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Almstedt in the 51st minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Ted Almstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eriberto Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Almstedt in the 57th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Natalio Gergori put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Nils-Erik Åhlberg. 68 minutes into the game, Alfred Pawelczyk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Nils-Erik Åhlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the last second Eriberto Erlantz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Harry Boumans in the 75thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 76 minutes Cura del Futbol's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bo Eriksson who took care of the corner kick. Runa United's Bo Eriksson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eriberto Erlantz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 78 minutes into the match, Runa United's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Pawelczyk came free, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Natalio Gergori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Cura del Futbol from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz got control of the ball when Joel Andreasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harry Boumans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Eriberto Erlantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Runa United's zone, Alfred Pawelczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Erik Åhlberg came out of the goal and Alfred Pawelczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Runa United players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Cura del Futbol from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
