Sermet Tacal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ercole Carnevale made a huge save. 22 minutes into the match, Lupere FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare Romano came free, but Telmo Valadares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesare Romano was the one to do the kick off. If Fabrício Jardel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sermet Tacal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ercole Carnevale having to make a save. Grzegorz Grzelak took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telmo Valadares.
