Miramar Is Back were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after KP Brzeg Dolny's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hakkı Aslan took the corner. If Fabio-Roman Ronaldinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Claude showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenon Furgal in the 10th minute of the match. Hermengildo Claude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Furgal in the 12th minute of play. Hermengildo Claude came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by KP Brzeg Dolny's Zenon Furgal. But to his dismay, Zenon Furgal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenon Furgal in the 22nd minute of play forced Miramar Is Back's goalkeeper Hermengildo Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimmy Hjälm scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antoni Piesciuk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Blas Venceslas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of KP Brzeg Dolny booed when Miramar Is Back was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jimmy Hjälm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arsi Eronen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsi Eronen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antoni Piesciuk having to make a save. 65 minutes into the match, Miramar Is Back's goalkeeper Hermengildo Claude had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zenon Furgal. In the 67th minute KP Brzeg Dolny were awarded a corner. Anacleto Aceituno went to the cornerflag to take it. 68 minutes into the match, Miramar Is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Stuart Armstrong came free, but Hermengildo Claude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Claude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Armstrong, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 76 minutes, Izydor Pyczkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KP Brzeg Dolny and the Miramar Is Back players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Arsi Eronen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stuart Armstrongs short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Hermengildo Claude to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zenon Furgal got free with Hermengildo Claude in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the match, KP Brzeg Dolny's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Hjälm came free, but Antoni Piesciuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zenon Furgal came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the KP Brzeg Dolny fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zenon Furgal couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Miramar Is Back players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
