Esteban José Andrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Vadillos got free with Esteban José Andrada in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Sandalio in the 17th minute of play. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pompiliu Teofil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Sandalio in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D. Alcorcón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anselmo Txilar was slow to take the kick. During this time Guansa's players had a chance to rest. Guansa's Esteban José Andrada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Guansa from getting a goal against them. Belo Alvarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 28th minute, Eloy Aznar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurino Serena was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Txilar came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Guansa's Esteban José Andrada got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Aznar, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Belo Alvarez was the one to do the kick off. Aaron Sandalio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belo Alvarez in the 54th minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Esteban José Andrada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in A.D. Alcorcón's zone, Eloy Aznar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurino Serena came out of the goal and Eloy Aznar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Laurin Mangas replaced Nereo Acosta. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. Esteban José Andrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A.D. In the 71st minute of the match, Aaron Sandalio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maurino Serena saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aaron Sandalio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eloy Aznar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Maurino Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Txilar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maurino Serena. A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leroy Antunez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban José Andrada having to interfere. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Xesc Jorquera got a free kick in the 91st minute. Maurino Serena made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Anselmo Txilar sent off a good shot on target. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
