After 20 played minutes Lidköping got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Larsfelt. 23 minutes into the match, Sonstorps Fotboll's Daniel Törnblom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristoffer Västerstrand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Janne Katt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Bogren, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After some careless play in the Sonstorps Fotboll defense, Stefan Bogren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janne Katt. The Sonstorps Fotboll fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janne Katt should have stopped the shot. Stefan Bogren scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Janne Katt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Janne Katt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Mårtensson in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Stefan Bogren notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Sonstorps Fotboll's Janne Katt. Janne Katt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Mårtensson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Sonstorps Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Törnblom to maneuver through the defense. In the 81stth minute of the game Adam Mårtensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sonstorps Fotboll's Janne Katt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kristoffer Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jørg Heichendorff in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper Janne Katt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Bogren. In the 89thth minute of the game Stefan Bogren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sonstorps Fotboll's Janne Katt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 95 played minutes Stefan Bogren rounded Sonstorps Fotboll's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7.
