The GrassNuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Su Peng Jian should have stopped the shot. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Åkerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11th play minutes Honorio Aurken shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Su Peng Jian and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 13th minute Pierre-Emile Højbjerg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Falck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, FS Elite's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre-Emile Højbjerg came free, but Tommy Falck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Kent Åkerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kent Åkerström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Su Peng Jian having to interfere. Adrian Albom made a great header on FS Elite's corner, it was just that GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian managed to reach the ball for a save. With an all-out effort, FS Elite's Su Peng Jian threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Honorio Aurken, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. GrassNuts FC's Su Peng Jian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save GrassNuts FC from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vitaliy van der Aa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitaliy van der Aa in the 51st minute of play forced FS Elite's goalkeeper Tommy Falck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Roger Magnusson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Su Peng Jian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FS Elite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GrassNuts FC the free kick. Marcelo Chepe kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the FS Elite players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
