Jacobo Etor kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Sture Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Jakue in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Edvard Björling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GAIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nytäppet Fc the free kick. After 17 played minutes GAIS got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Björling. Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheng Zhou Rong in the 17th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Jakue stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xamo Navarro was slow to take the kick. During this time GAIS's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on GAIS's corner Xamo Navarro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sture Abrahamsson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match, Emilio Jakue got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sture Abrahamsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emilio Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sture Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over GAIS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Nytäppet Fc throughout the match.
