Wlodzimierz Cipinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Trittin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Jürgen Trittin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wlodzimierz Cipinski. GAIS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jürgen Trittin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to GAIS getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Isaac Göransson hit a great ball. After 16 played minutes Kattvik kings got a freekick which was hit by Jürgen Trittin. After having played for 20 minutes, Jürgen Trittin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kattvik kings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jürgen Trittin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Bratt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a huge save. In the 28th minute GAIS were awarded a corner. Xamo Navarro went to the cornerflag to take it. Wlodzimierz Cipinski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jürgen Trittin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deng Le Jian in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvar Arvidsson saved Kattvik kings from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Jakue in the 37th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kattvik kings getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Long Zhan Quan hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Emilio Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wlodzimierz Cipinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Bratt in the 43rd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John Bratt to strike the kick off in the second half. GAIS's Wlodzimierz Cipinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Bratt in the 50th minute of play. GAIS's Xamo Navarro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvar Arvidsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 61st minute Şenel Zeval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, GAIS's Edvard Björling sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvar Arvidsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, GAIS's goal looked a bit too open when Şenel Zeval came free, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kattvik kings's Jürgen Trittin in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 95th minute, Emilio Jakue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the GAIS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kattvik kings.
