Dráuzio Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fábio Machado came free, but Dumitru Turlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cătălin Octavian in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, 100 Chance's Arnaldo Teixeira got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Teodor Avramescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leopoldo Cerezo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ASF BAIA MARE -MM- reached it. In the 37th minute, Maxim Rioşanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Cerezo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to 100 Chance getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Luís Fábio Andrade hit a great ball. Luís Fábio Andrade took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dumitru Turlea. Dumitru Turlea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cătălin Octavian to strike the kick off in the second half. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Rioşanu in the 54th minute of play. Maxim Rioşanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Cerezo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Filipe Meneses struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dumitru Turlea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 100 Chance. Vicente Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Dumitru Turlea made a huge save. Filipe Menesess short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Dumitru Turlea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 75thth minute of the game Filipe Meneses who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Dumitru Turlea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to 100 Chance getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Arnaldo Teixeira hit a great ball. Cătălin Octavian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Leopoldo Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Cătălin Octavian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
