Primatas FC's Gilmar Cabral shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by João Vítor Guimarães but with some difficulty. 15 minutes into the match, Primatas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Damasceno came free, but Walmir Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Elias Damasceno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmir Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Eliseu Alagoano sped through Primatas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walmir Leal. Walmir Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 24th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvério Pires to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on Primatas FC's corner Kauã Faria fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and João Vítor Guimarães quite easily take care of the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Primatas FC's Tomé Almeida nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Vítor Guimarães made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4.
