But to his dismay, Gwidon Tomaka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of FC Sieradz booed when Brunatni Bełchatów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Niewiadomski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Borubar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Niewiadomski in the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Marian Warka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Borubar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. FC Sieradz's Artur Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachary Piechocki in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartlomiej Grucza got free with Artur Borubar in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Brunatni Bełchatów booed when FC Sieradz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Kasprzak didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Brunatni Bełchatów getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Bartlomiej Grucza hit a great ball. Artur Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Niewiadomski in the 37th minute of play. Antoni Gizynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artur Borubar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waclaw Sitko in the 39th minute. Artur Borubar was a little too slow when Stanislaw Smuskiewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 4-0. Artur Borubar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marian Warka showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the FC Sieradz defense, Gwidon Tomaka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Borubar. The FC Sieradz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Borubar should have stopped the shot. Artur Borubar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Zachary Piechocki took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Borubar. Brunatni Bełchatów walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
