Artur Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Banan in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, FC Sieradz's goal looked a bit too open when Adhemar Secco came free, but Artur Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Valter Festas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artur Borubar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artur Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adhemar Secco in the 13th minute of play. Krzysztof Jajecznica made a great header on MKS Legion Częstochowa's corner, it was just that FC Sieradz's Artur Borubar managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Zachary Naskrent managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Legion Częstochowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachary Naskrent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Borubar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adhemar Secco hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Zachary Naskrent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adhemar Secco took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Borubar. Artur Borubar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Valter Festas struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Artur Borubar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MKS Legion Częstochowa. Artur Borubar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Naskrent, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After some careless play in the FC Sieradz defense, Zachary Naskrent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artur Borubar. The FC Sieradz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artur Borubar should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute, Czeslaw Banan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artur Borubar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when FC Sieradz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Kasprzak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Krzysztof Jajecznica sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Sieradz's Artur Borubar didn't even have to move. FC Sieradz's Artur Borubar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Banan in the 46th minute of play. After 46 minutes, Ryszard Turacki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Sieradz and the MKS Legion Częstochowa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes FC Sieradz got a freekick which was hit by Ryszard Turacki. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Adhemar Secco made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when FC Sieradz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Gozdowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Czeslaw Banan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute, Adhemar Secco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Czeslaw Banan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Artur Borubar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adhemar Secco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 59 minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Adhemar Secco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MKS Legion Częstochowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adhemar Secco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paco Dean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiy Brovchenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Pawel Niezywy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of MKS Legion Częstochowa booed when FC Sieradz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Gozdowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar Secco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Adhemar Secco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artur Borubar. That made the score 0-6 in the 75 minute of play. MKS Legion Częstochowa made a substitution. Napoleon Chlebek replaced Iwan Falk. Artur Borubar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Czeslaw Banan went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Artur Borubar threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adhemar Secco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After taking down the ball on MKS Legion Częstochowa's corner Krzysztof Jajecznica fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Borubar quite easily take care of the ball. Adhemar Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Artur Borubar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adhemar Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Borubar having to interfere. Artur Borubar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Secco in the 94th minute of the match. MKS Legion Częstochowa played a much better game than FC Sieradz and deserved their victory. The FC Sieradz players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
