The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Rafal Juszkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Lodowy in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurand Sienkowski saved WLT Ostrowiec Sw. from getting behind. The supporters of WLT Ostrowiec Sw. booed when ZKS Batalion Bielsko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafal Maziarz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Bernard Napierkowski put in a rough tackle. 14 minutes into the game, one of ZKS Batalion Bielsko:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tadeusz Sliwinski had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Edgar Zyskowski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tadeusz Sliwinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Zyskowski in the 19th minute of the match. Jurand Sienkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Pazura in the 20th minute of play. With his leg Jurand Sienkowski managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when ZKS Batalion Bielsko's Rafal Maziarz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 23 played minutes WLT Ostrowiec Sw. got a freekick which was hit by Igor Kajfasz. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariusz Pazura got free with Jurand Sienkowski in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aleksander Oborski scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeusz Sliwinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute Edgar Zyskowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Sliwinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafal Maziarz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to ZKS Batalion Bielsko getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rafal Maziarz hit a great ball. The ZKS Batalion Bielsko players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. WLT Ostrowiec Sw. were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgar Zyskowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bartlomiej Dzerwucki kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Rafal Juszkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Tadeusz Sliwinski made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Rafal Juszkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafal Maziarz scored 2-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jurand Sienkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Rafal Juszkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute Mariusz Pazura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Sienkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, ZKS Batalion Bielsko's Mariusz Pazura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jurand Sienkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute of the match Roman Solak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tadeusz Sliwinski skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, ZKS Batalion Bielsko's Rafal Maziarz got a free kick in the 79th minute. ZKS Batalion Bielsko's Tadeusz Sliwinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Zyskowski in the 83rd minute of play. If Rafal Juszkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. WLT Ostrowiec Sw.'s Jurand Sienkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Pazura in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Maziarz in the 90th minute of play forced WLT Ostrowiec Sw.'s goalkeeper Jurand Sienkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. WLT Ostrowiec Sw. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
