An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Cesaro in the 5th minute of play forced El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of El Fortín de Floresta booed when Pan Queso y Leberbush FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Hats came free, but Rafael Fix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Hats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Fix having to interfere. Santos Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Cesaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Rafael Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Stanislao in the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dimitris Maropoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santos Orlan was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Dimitris Maropoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Santos Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Alex Palleschi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan did a great save. In the 37th minute, Cornelio Cesaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Orlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Dimitris Maropoulos in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dimitris Maropoulos to make the kick off. When Cornelio Cesaro came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Pan Queso y Leberbush FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Cesaro couldn't finish the play. In the 57th play minute Dimitris Maropoulos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Santos Orlan. 0-2. 62 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Cesaro. Santos Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Cesaro in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cornelio Cesaro got free with Santos Orlan in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitris Maropoulos. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save El Fortín de Floresta from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute Dimitris Maropoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Fortín de Floresta's Delmar Manex was substituted for Salvador Hats. El Fortín de Floresta's Fulgencio Frances was substituted for Casimiro Policarpio. In the 89th minute Pan Queso y Leberbush FC were awarded a corner. Alex Palleschi went to the cornerflag to take it. Rafael Fix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delmar Manex's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Desiderio Brais kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
